Mitch has been with Microsoft for over 10 years, with most of that time spent on sales, marketing and retail partner sales enablement. He has extensive knowledge in the voice of the customer and the importance it plays in decision-making and solution development. Mitch joined the North America DPSS marketing team in 2022 and has brought dynamic live virtual training events to the commercial space.
